These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ppbip platform, including the website at ppbip.org, the ppbip mobile application, and all associated services. By registering an account or placing a bet on ppbip, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

ppbip is an online betting and gaming platform operated for members in Bangladesh. The platform offers sports betting across cricket, football, rugby, American football, and other markets, alongside arcade and casino-style games including Ganesh Gold, Fishing Disco, Monster Fight, and others. All services are provided subject to these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the ppbip platform. Continued use of ppbip after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. ppbip recommends checking this page periodically for updates.

To use ppbip, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. ppbip enforces a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online betting is not prohibited by local law.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have previously been excluded from ppbip.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or as an agent for any third party.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or affiliate of ppbip or any related entity.

ppbip reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 18 will be closed immediately and any funds held will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations. ppbip takes underage gambling seriously and has zero tolerance for any attempt to circumvent age verification.

Each person may hold only one active ppbip account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different devices — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.

When registering on ppbip, you must provide accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. ppbip may request supporting documentation to verify the details you provide.

• One account per person — duplicate accounts will be closed without notice.
• All registration details must be accurate and kept current.
• ppbip may require identity verification documents before processing withdrawals.
• You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your ppbip account.
• Account credentials must not be shared with any other person.

ppbip accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket — the three most widely used mobile payment services in Bangladesh. All deposits are credited to your ppbip balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 per transaction.
• ppbip does not charge any fees on deposits.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits — payments made from accounts belonging to someone else — are not permitted on ppbip.
• ppbip reserves the right to return deposits and close accounts where third-party funding is detected.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your ppbip balance.

If a deposit does not appear in your ppbip balance within 15 minutes of completing the transaction, contact ppbip support with your transaction reference number. Do not attempt to make a second deposit before the first has been resolved.

ppbip processes withdrawal requests to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Withdrawals are typically completed within 30 minutes of the request being submitted. ppbip does not charge any fees on withdrawals, and there is no minimum withdrawal amount.

• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name.
• ppbip may require identity verification before processing your first withdrawal.
• Bonus funds are subject to rollover requirements before they can be withdrawn — see Section 7.
• ppbip reserves the right to delay withdrawals pending verification checks.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• ppbip Exclusive members receive priority processing on all withdrawal requests.

All bets placed on ppbip are subject to the following rules. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted these rules. ppbip follows standard industry practices for bet settlement, void bets, and abandoned events.

• All bets are final once confirmed on the ppbip platform. Bets cannot be cancelled after confirmation.
• Odds displayed on ppbip are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. The odds at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply.
• If a match or event is abandoned before completion, ppbip will void all affected bets and return stakes to member balances.
• In-play bets are settled based on the official result at the time the bet was placed, not the final match result.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per market. These limits are displayed on the relevant betting page.
• ppbip reserves the right to void bets placed on events where a clear pricing error has occurred.
• Accumulator bets containing a voided selection will be recalculated with the voided leg removed.

ppbip covers cricket, football, rugby, American football, and other sports markets. Game-specific rules for arcade titles including Ganesh Gold, Fishing Disco, and Monster Fight are available on the respective game pages. All game outcomes on ppbip are determined by certified random number generation.

ppbip offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, in addition to the general bonus rules set out here.

• All ppbip bonuses are subject to a rollover (wagering) requirement before withdrawal. The specific rollover multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the rollover requirement is met.
• ppbip welcome bonuses are available to new members only — one per person, per household, per device, and per payment account.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting, coordinated wagering, or exploiting pricing errors — will result in bonus cancellation and may lead to account suspension.
• ppbip reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Unused bonus funds will be removed from your ppbip balance after the stated expiry date.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ppbip platform. Any member found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended and any associated balances forfeited pending investigation.

• Creating more than one ppbip account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the ppbip platform.
• Exploiting technical errors, pricing mistakes, or system vulnerabilities on ppbip.
• Colluding with other members to manipulate bet outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Using ppbip for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during registration or verification.
• Attempting to access another member's ppbip account without authorisation.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward ppbip staff or other members.

ppbip reserves the right to suspend or close any member account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.
• At the member's own request — ppbip will process voluntary account closures within 48 hours.

Members who wish to close their ppbip account voluntarily should contact [email protected]. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the member's registered payment account, subject to verification. Bonus balances that have not met rollover requirements will not be returned.

ppbip collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at ppbip.org/privacy-policy. By registering on ppbip, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• ppbip collects registration data, transaction records, and betting history for account management and regulatory compliance.
• ppbip does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Data may be shared with payment processors and identity verification providers as necessary to operate the platform.
• Members may request access to their personal data by contacting [email protected].

ppbip is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire platform. Betting is intended to be a form of entertainment. ppbip provides a range of tools to help members stay in control of their gambling activity, all accessible directly from account settings without needing to contact support.

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit into your ppbip account.
• Session time reminders — receive notifications after a set period of continuous play on ppbip.
• Cooling-off periods — temporarily pause your ppbip account for a defined period without permanent closure.
• Self-exclusion — exclude yourself from ppbip for a minimum of 6 months or permanently. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately.
• Reality checks — periodic on-screen reminders of how long you have been playing and how much you have wagered.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ppbip's liability to any member is limited to the amount of real-money funds held in that member's ppbip account at the time the claim arises. ppbip is not liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings arising from use of the ppbip platform.
• Service interruptions caused by technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond ppbip's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to a member's account where the member failed to keep credentials secure.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from use of ppbip.

ppbip makes reasonable efforts to ensure the platform is available at all times but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

ppbip reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For significant changes, ppbip will notify members via email or an in-platform notification.

Continued use of the ppbip platform after the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using ppbip and contact [email protected] to close your account.
